How we pack, where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Every order ships fully tracked and carefully packaged from our warehouse in Monterey Park, California. Glass and ceramic pieces are double-boxed with custom foam so they arrive exactly as they left us.

Order processing

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link the moment your order ships. Orders placed after 1pm PT on Friday begin processing the next business day.

Large & fragile pieces

Floor lamps, large pendants and chandeliers ship via freight with extra protection.
The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window for oversized items.
Inspect freight deliveries before signing — note any visible damage on the slip.
